ValueCommerce Signs Basic Business Tie-up Agreement with TOUCH GROUP Which Has Strengths in the Overseas Influencer Sector

ValueCommerce Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Jin Kagawa; hereinafter “ValueCommerce”) signed a basic business tie-up agreement with TOUCH GROUP Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shiori Harada; hereinafter “TOUCH GROUP”) on Monday, December 8, 2025. TOUCH GROUP has a strong network in the overseas influencer sector.
Through this tie-up, two companies will enhance advertiser support services in Japan’s inbound tourist market centered on three services offered by ValueCommerce, monicam, Castbook, and BUZMA.

Inbound tourism market
The international tourist spend during their stay in Japan reached 8.1257 trillion yen in fiscal 2024.*1 In 2025 specifically, it is estimated that the number of tourists visiting Japan will surpass the level before the pandemic, and it is expected that the market will continue to expand.*2 To more certainly seize opportunities for growth, ValueCommerce has decided to reinforce its cooperation with TOUCH GROUP, which is very familiar with the inbound tourism market.
Objective of the business partnership
The tie-up authorizes TOUCH GROUP to be the exclusive sales representative in China for monicam and Castbook which are provided by ValueCommerce. Additionally, when advertisers hire Chinese influencers via BUZMA, influencers are to be limited to influencers managed by TOUCH GROUP.
The companies will cooperate to build a support system using the expertise in influencer marketing support activities that ValueCommerce has accumulated in Japan combined with the network in the Chinese influencer sector that TOUCH GROUP boasts as its strength. In this way, ValueCommerce and TOUCH GROUP will further enhance marketing activities in the inbound tourism market involving Chinese visitors in Japan to contribute to the expansion of all advertisers’ sales.
