The function simplifying change procedures after the confirmation of a reservation and the cart function that makes bulk reservations with different conditions possible enables the reservation experience to be smoother and stress-free for both guests and accommodation facilities.

Even change procedures after advance payment can be easily completed with a smartphone
Usually, changing an itinerary or the size of a group after making a reservation requires the guest to cancel and make a new reservation, and it can involve many other difficulties. This is often accompanied by inquiring with the accommodation facility, and it increases the inquiry-handling workload.
The latest update allows the person making the reservation to change their itinerary and group size simply by tapping a button on My Page. Changes are shown in real-time and can be quickly confirmed by the facility on the administration screen.
The changes can be made even after advance payment,*1 and it is also possible to make changes for individual groups even after bulk reservations have been made.

The cart function makes it possible to make multiple reservations at once
Conventionally, reservations for business trips with different itineraries and for group travel with different rooms for different sized groups have to be made separately.
The recently released cart function reduces difficulty by making it possible to make reservations with different conditions all at once.
DYNA IBE’s unique, simple and user-friendly design makes it easy to confirm individual group reservations in the My Page cart.
