(Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Masahiro Awa; hereinafter “Dynatech”) on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Dynatech is a company that provides comprehensive solutions to accommodation facilities.

Merits of the Merger
• Continued expansion of the travel tech business through the provision of comprehensive solutions for accommodation facilities.
• Functional reinforcement of existing services, specifically Direct In and Dynalution, and acceleration of development.
• Creation of new value using AI and data.
