Yahoo Japan Corporation (Yahoo! JAPAN) today announced the launch of “Yahoo! Point-up Mall”, in collaboration with ValueCommerce Co., Ltd. (ValueCommerce)
“Yahoo! Point-up Mall” is a service in which Yahoo! Card and Yahoo! Premium members will be able to earn Yahoo! Points by making a reservation or purchasing a product from an ecommerce website carried on “Yahoo! Point-up Mall”.
The ecommerce websites participating in “Yahoo! Point-up Mall” are sponsored sites that utilize the affiliate system of ValueCommerce. About 100 companies will be participating when the service starts. Participating websites include Apple Store, Stylife, MUJI Internet shop and other shopping and travel websites. More ecommerce websites will be taking part in the future.
The initiative is a part of efforts to partner with affiliated websites for the benefit of both parties, which Yahoo! JAPAN has been pursuing since last year. We will continue offering our customers services incorporating even greater value and convenience.
