Over 10 Million Products Now Registered on ValueCommerce Web Service Number of E-Commerce Sites Using the Service Rise to 50
ValueCommerce Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Stock Code: 2491 on TSE Mothers, President & CEO: Brian Nelson) is pleased to announce that the number of products registered on the ValueCommerce Product Database System accessible through its ValueCommerce Web Service has topped the 10 million mark. Following the participation of major online shopping sites, the total is 10.04 million products as of August 23, 2007. In the 3 months since it was launched on May 24, 2007, the ValueCommerce Web Service 2.0 has experienced rapid growth. On the same date, it served approximately 3,000 affiliate partners and 50 e-commerce sites (advertisers).

ValueCommerce will continue to promote the ValueCommerce Web Service by holding free seminars, distributing sample programs and sharing information using social networking services (SNS) in an attempt to increase the number of affiliate partners using the service to 10,000 and the number of participating e-commerce sites to at least 100 within 2007. It will also be taking steps to expand the ValueCommerce Web Service by encouraging blog services, credit card member sites, point swap sites, SNS and many other Internet services incorporating affiliate advertising into their business model to introduce the service.
