Press Release

ValueCommerce Launches new functionality within its Affiliate Program for NTT Neomeit’s WebCalling Service.

ValueCommerce Co., Ltd.

ValueCommerce Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Stock Code: 2491 on TSE Mothers, President & CEO: Brian Nelson, “ValueCommerce”) has today launched new functionality for the WebCalling service introduced by NTT Neomeit Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka, President & Representative Director: Fumio Takaesu, “NTT Neomeit “).

The incorporation of ValueCommerce’s Affiliate System into WebCalling for this service will enable users to track which customers have been directed from which affiliate advertising sites. This therefore allows advertisers to combine and implement pay-per-call services and affiliate marketing. Meanwhile, for ValueCommerce, this will allow us to provide new telephone-based document request and inquiry, as well as consultation services, which we anticipate will promote advertising by affiliate partners and expand usage by advertisers.

As President & CEO of ValueCommerce Brian Nelson explains, ” WebCalling can be used to seamlessly direct prospective customers who visit affiliate advertising sites registered with ValueCommerce to telephone contacts. This new means of linking up net marketing and telephone marketing is likely to create great opportunities for revenue for both advertisers and affiliate partners. ”

About WebCalling

WebCalling provides a new way for users to make calls free of charge by simply clicking through from a website or mobile site via NTT Neomeit’s dedicated Click-to-Call switch and the Hikari Denwa optical IP telephony service provided by NTT West. If a website has WebCalling enabled, then the customer can just click to make a free call, making it easier for them to inquire about services or products.

For website operators, this will expand their business opportunities by letting them tap into potential telephone inquiries from users. This will also enable them to establish new marketing strategies, as this new service will allow them to measure the effectiveness of the call action from websites, which previously could not be gauged. There are also possible applications for this service in the pay-per-call business, which is another advertising method involving telephone services.
