ValueCommerce launches a trial Payper Call service using affiliate marketing.
ValueCommerce Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Stock Code: 2491 on TSE Mothers, President & CEO: Brian Nelson) has today embarked on a trial service of a pay-per-call affiliate marketing service using the Web Calling trial service operated by NTT Marketing Act Corporation (Headquarters: Osaka, President: Shinji Jikuya). The trial is initially being launched at shopping website ACTOS Mall and will subsequently be gradually expanded to advertisers and affiliate partners.
The previous Payper Call service mainly provided phone numbers assigned to each medium. With this new trial system, advertisers do not have to assign different phone numbers to individual media and can easily introduce the Payper Call service. This service combines Web Calling with ValueCommerce’s affiliate system to make it possible to identify details about past phone calls with customers, specifically what websites from ValueCommerce’s affiliate network have led to phone communications from customers. The new trial service delivers benefits to ValueCommerce and it’s customer as inquiries, consulting and requests for materials over the phone may now be tracked as resulting from affiliate ads. It is anticipated that more ads will be carried by affiliate partners and that advertisers will readably adopt this service.
Web Calling
Web Calling is a service operated as a trial by NTT Marketing Act. Website visitors can make voice communications with website operators free of charge, simply by entering their phone number on the PC screen and submitting it. As a visitor clicks on the Web Calling button, another screen with two buttons appears. One button reads Call Back. In response to a click on this button the website operator makes a phone call to the visitor. The other button reads Call Now. Clicking on it triggers voice communications through the PC. Web Calling gives visitors these two options to choose from for contacting the website operator.
