ValueCommerce, today announced that it has ranked Number 21st on the 2004 Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Technology Fast 50 Japan, with revenue growth of 219% over the past three years, ending 2003. Eleven companies have made the list for the second year in a row, achieving continuous growth. The Japan Technology Fast 50 Japan ranks the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Japan, and celebrates its second successful year in 2004.

ValueCommerce was awarded for its efforts to develop new technologies to accommodate customer needs in a rapidly changing industry. Changes in the way businesses use online advertising following the proliferation of broadband and e-commerce prompted ValueCommerce to execute several customer development initiatives, which resulted in high revenue growth and contributed to its making the fast 50 list.

Brian Nelson, the president and CEO of ValueCommerce Co., Ltd, said, “We thank our customers upon receiving this award. It is an honor to be able to contribute to our customers’ success and we will continue to make the best effort for the next fast 50”.

Mr. Yoshitaka Asaeda, the TMT Japan representative of DTT, stated, “We were able to host 2nd annual Technology Fast Japan this year again with the help of everyone since 2003. We selected companies that realized remarkable growth for the past 3 years turning around the hard reality into an advantage. We congratulate ValueCommerce for ranking in the Fast 50 and its achievement”.

The Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Technology Fast 50 is part of the Technology Fast 500 program, which runs in parallel with North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The program recognizes excellence, sustained innovation, growth and also highlights the significant business impact on the company. In the 2001 Silicon Valley Fast 50, Excite ranked second and Siebel Systems ranked thirty fifth.

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, entrants include both public and private companies among TMT (Technology, Media, Telecommunications) industry sectors, based on their recent revenue growth over a three year period.

The Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific list is compiled from Deloitte’s nominations of Country Technology Fast 50 programs. ValueCommerce submitted directly to the Third Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific in December 2004. For more detailed information, visit www.fast500asiapac.com.
