April 2005 Yahoo Japan Corporation(currently LY Corporation)acquires 49.71% stake in the Company by Tender Offer Bid, making the Company an equity-method affiliate of Yahoo Japan Corporation
July 2005 Starts to provide “Affiliate Marketing” for Yahoo!Shopping
July 2006 Lists on the Mothers Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
November 2006 Starts to provide “StoreMatch”, pay-per-click advertising, for stores in Yahoo!Shopping, online mall operated by Yahoo Japan Corporation(currently LY Corporation)
November 2007 Acquires 20.3% shares of Web-based services provider JP21, Inc., making it an equity method affiliate (Sold all shares the Company own to JP21 on September 2018)
January 2011 Acquires master patent for iTrack, an e-commerce transaction system that tracks user activity
March 2012 Introduces Executive Officer System
October 2012 Acquisition of the Company’s treasury shares boosts Yahoo Japan Corporation (currently LY Corporation)’s holding of voting rights above 50%, making the Company a consolidated subsidiary of Yahoo Japan Corporation(currently LY Corporation)and SoftBank Group Corp.
November 2012 Transfers from the Mothers Section to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
February 2013 Expands access of its online shopping mall service with loyalty program site, “Value Point Club”, to “Affiliate Marketing” members
January 2014 Jin Kagawa becomes President and CEO; kicks off new management regime comprised of executives who are expert in advertising distribution technologies

October 2014 Starts to provide “ADPRESSO”, a pay-per-performance Internet Ad distribution service for smartphones (Closed the service on September 2017)
December 2014 Starts to provide “Gift Smart”, a social gifting service that enables users to easily send gifts via SNS or online (Closed the service on April 2017)
April 2015 Agrees to launch Inbound CLS (card-linked-offer) with MasterCard. (End contract with Master Card on October 2016 )

September 2019 Acquires all shares in Dynatec inc., a leader in online reservation systems dedicated to official sites of hotels and inns, making it a consolidated subsidiary
January 2020 Acquires all shares in B-SLASH Corporation, provides necessary solutions for EC operation solutions for EC operation, making it a consolidated subsidiary.
