Evaluation System

Performance Evaluations (MBO)
We operate a personnel system where evaluators (supervisors) and the employees being evaluated set goals together and the employee’s degree of achievement towards such goals is evaluated.
Competency Evaluation
Competency is a person’s ability to take action independently under the current environment surrounding them while demonstrating unique ingenuity to produce the required results.
Competency evaluations are a personnel system to review and assess the nature of the competency individuals have demonstrated in the process of achieving their goals and link to the development of their future competency.

Career Support

Employee Awards
Once every six months, individuals and teams that have achieved outstanding results based on performance are given awards in recognition of their accomplishments.
One-on-ones
These are one-on-one meetings between a supervisor and employees. The meetings are opportunities to maximize employee performance by confirming an employee’s progress toward their goals and exchanging views about their regular work.
Training Programs
We offer a variety of training programs for management, highly promising employees, and various skill development to encourage employee autonomy and collaboration.
Support for Online Learning
We offer a self-directed online learning program that includes over 150 training courses organized by job type and level which employees can take anywhere, whenever and as much as they like.

Various Kinds of Social Insurance
We provide full coverage for health insurance, employee pension schemes, employment insurance and worker’s accident insurance.
Remote Work
Employees can choose to work at the office or remotely at home or elsewhere. A remote work allowance is provided to support the practice.
Flextime System
Employees work on a flextime system and can determine their own start and end times, with core hours from 11:00 to 14:00.
Leave Before and After Childbirth / Childcare Leave / Shortened Working Hours / Kids Support Leave
Employees can realize working styles that reflect changes in employees’ life stages with support systems such as childcare leave.
Family Care Leave and Nursing Leave
Employees may take long-term family care leave and short-term nursing leave, as needed.

Defined Contribution Pension Plans
This is a corporate pension plan where participants select investment products and the amount they receive fluctuates according to the performance of said products. We pays a portion of the contributions to help employees build assets for the future.
Employee Stockholding Association
We help employees build assets in the medium and long term through the regular purchase of the company stock. Incentives are provided according to the amount of contributions.
Club Activities
We subsidize the activities for company-approved clubs to facilitate interaction between employees.
Employee Engagement Events
We hold various events regularly to facilitate interaction between employees beyond departmental and divisional lines.
